We review each opportunity’s scope, schedule, and requirements, then coordinate qualified providers and prepare a proposal. When awarded, Northstar manages the prime contract while partners perform field services or fulfill products.

Government communication, documentation, invoicing, and performance oversight stay with Northstar. Partners contribute the trade expertise, staffing, equipment, and capacity required for delivery.
